We left the CG at around 10:40 am. All electrical systems are a go. It was an uneventful drive and around 6:30 pm we pulled into the Flying J for the night. It was hot and humid so the generator came in handy to run the AC. We had a tough night with the heat and humidity and noise. Ron and I decided we did not want to stay in rest areas or truck stops anymore if it can be avoided. We are getting too old to be uncomfortable when we don' t have to be.
